1. SHIPPING ORIGIN & TRANSPARENCY
At RINBAY, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized products to our customers worldwide. To ensure the best craftsmanship and fastest delivery times, we operate through a global network of fulfillment centers:
Standard 2D Products (Apparel, Posters, etc.): These items are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our facilities in the United States for all domestic orders.
Specialty & 3D Products (Apparel, Tumblers, Watches, Custom Jewelry): To guarantee premium durability and specialized manufacturing, these items are dispatched from our International Fulfillment Center.
2. PROCESSING TIME Each item is custom-made specifically for you.
Production/Handling Time: 3 – 7 business days.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
US Domestic (Orders fulfilled in the US): 3 – 7 business days after production.
US Domestic (Orders fulfilled Internationally): 7 – 15 business days after production.
International Shipping (UK, CA, AU, EU): 10 – 20 business days.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey through our Track Order page.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For international shipments, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
