REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At RINBAY, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. However, because our products are custom-made (Print-on-Demand), we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.
1. REFUND OR REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY We will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund if:
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The print quality is poor, blurry, or significantly different from the design shown.
The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item type).
The package is lost in transit as verified by the carrier’s tracking information.
2. 14-DAY CLAIM PERIOD You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to file a claim for any of the issues mentioned above. Claims made after this 14-day period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. HOW TO FILE A CLAIM (NO RETURN REQUIRED) To make the process faster for you, you do not need to return the physical item. Simply email our support team at [email protected] with the following:
Your Order Number.
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
A photo of the shipping label on the original package.
Once our team verifies the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send a replacement immediately.
4. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS
Within 12 Hours: You can cancel or change your order details (address, size, design) for free.
After 12 Hours: Your order has likely entered production. Cancellations may no longer be possible or may incur a processing fee.
After Shipping: We cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been dispatched.
