Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, please email us within
7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost when the problem is confirmed to be our production or fulfillment error.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are sent to production shortly after payment so that we can keep processing times as short as possible.Please carefully review your size, color, name, number, design details and delivery address before completing checkout. Once production has started, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after payment or production submission.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
United States orders: Any applicable tariffs or import duties are covered by us. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay, with no additional import fee due at delivery.
International orders: Import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST or other taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.
