Every item is made to order specifically for you. Production begins after your payment has been successfully completed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, color or product selected by the customer
  • Incorrect personalization details submitted during checkout
  • Minor differences in color caused by screen settings or the printing process
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost when the problem is confirmed to be our production or fulfillment error.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are sent to production shortly after payment so that we can keep processing times as short as possible.Please carefully review your size, color, name, number, design details and delivery address before completing checkout. Once production has started, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after payment or production submission.

United States orders: Any applicable tariffs or import duties are covered by us.
