All orders are processed and shipped from our USA facility. Estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Production Time
Most items are made-to-order: 3–5 business days for standard items, 7–9 business days for fully customized items (jerseys, embroidery, name/number).

- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — $5.99 (FREE on orders over $69)
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $14.99
International Shipping
- Canada / UK / Australia / EU: 8–15 business days — from $9.99
- Rest of World: 12–20 business days — rates calculated at checkout
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order from your account page.
Please note: shipping times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak season volume.

Production
Every item is made-to-order just for you. Standard items ship in 3–5 business days; fully customized items (name, number, embroidery, sublimation) take 7–9 business days to produce before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
- Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
Order Modifications
- Orders enter production immediately after payment to keep delivery times short.
- No modifications (size, color, name, number, address) can be made once payment has been completed. Please double-check your details before checkout.
Tariffs & Duties
For US customers: all tariffs and duties are covered by us. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise fees at delivery.
For international customers: any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
