Orders and Shipping
Since our products are custom-made upon order, we need a bit of time to craft them.
Production Time: 3 – 7 business days.
Shipping Time: 7 – 15 business days (depending on your location). Generally, you will receive your order within 2 – 3 weeks.
You can create an account by clicking the ‘Sign Up’ icon at the top right corner of our website. Alternatively, you can create one during the checkout process to save your details for future purchases.
Please contact us immediately via our Support Email. We can only update your address if the order has not yet entered the production or shipping phase (usually within 12 hours of placing the order)
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can use that number to track your package on our website’s ‘Track Order’ page or the carrier’s website
No, we do not store your credit card details. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways (like Stripe or PayPal) which adhere to the highest security standards.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and local tax laws
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, shipping times and costs may vary depending on your country
Since we work with different specialized printing facilities, if you order multiple different items (e.g., a hoodie and a mug), they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Because every product is custom-made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a print error, we will send a free replacement immediately
We apologize for the mix-up! Please email us a photo of the item you received along with your order number. We will send you the correct item right away—no need to return the wrong one.
We are sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damaged item and send it to our support team. We will arrange a replacement for you free of charge.
Please do not return the package to the address on the shipping label. Contact our customer support first to receive the correct return instructions and address.
Contact us immediately! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can fix it. If the package has already been shipped to the wrong address, we are not responsible for lost packages, but we will try our best to help you find a solution.
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that time, your order moves into production and cannot be changed or canceled.
Our products are made-to-order, so they rarely go out of stock. If a specific color or size is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer, it will be marked as ‘Sold Out’ on the website.
